Logical Positivism: Philosophical position that if you are logical, you are positively correct, and if you are positive, it must be logical. Problem is, humans are rather illogical creatures who are often positive but not very logical. This is demonstrated logically and positively through the common experience of husbands who suffer through wifely tirades over housework, budgets, etc. that are positively illogical, or if they are logical, are not very positive.
